>Description:
At boot, cgdconfig hangs when configuring randomly keyed device. The hang
occurs when reading from /dev/random. I've chased this into
sys/kern/subr_cprng.c line 197 in the call to cv_wait_sig.
>How-To-Repeat:
Compiler source from July 2, 2013, boot, read from /dev/random while
initializing the system.
