        Building with MKDEBUG=yes creates an additional set,
        debug.tgz, in the sets directory.  sysinst should be
        able to install this set if it exists (though not by
        default), but should not error out if it does not
        exist.

        Build with MKDEBUG=yes and try to use sysinst to install.
        Notice that the debug set does not get installed.
