Your chroot is missing /dev/random.

Aha. Old random and no urandom? I think running MAKEDEV in the chroot
fixed things.

Before:

htodd@emily:/var/chroot/named/dev > ls -l /dev/random
cr--r--r--  1 root  wheel  46, 0 Nov 27 05:58 /dev/random
htodd@emily:/var/chroot/named/dev > ls -l /var/chroot/named/dev/random
cr--r--r--  1 root  wheel  119, 0 May 10  2009 /var/chroot/named/dev/random
