dhcpcd logs every single operation to the system log with no means
to control or filter the output.

Under normal conditions the regular background operation, in particular
the successful renewal of leases, should not generate any output. Such
output should only be available for debugging.

Use dhcpcd and see it filling the system log.

Provide a configuration option to determine a level or type mask for
the information being written.
