 Hi,

if it's any consolation, it's broken in 5.1 as well: as a normal
 user I first get

can't get syscall counts: No such file or directory

 and then on next update

can't get syscall counts: Permission denied

whereas as root, I just get

can't get syscall counts: No such file or directory

It seems this feature isn't present in 4.0, so it's an open
question whether this has ever worked in any proper release...

 Regards,
