 Please include your errors and patches directly in the pr.
 
 They will be lost in the future if you just point to a url.
 So it will not be possible to find out in a few years why
 this code was changed.
 
 There may be exceptions if they are big, but there is no reason to
 use a url if they are just a few KB small. Even then the error
 message should always be included but the huge (in the MB range) log
 could point to an url.
