pkg_info -Fe /usr/pkg/bin/emacs
does work (if you have emacs installed)

Ah, so -eF doesn't work, but -Fe works. I sent a diff for the man page
but I'm not sure where it went. You may want to fix it yourself as I'm
just going to screw up the formatting and get yelled at.
