Responsible-Changed-Why:
reproduced here

State-Changed-From-To: open->analyzed
State-Changed-By: tsutsui%NetBSD.org@localhost
State-Changed-When: Sat, 30 Jun 2012 14:47:15 +0900
State-Changed-Why:
This could only happen:
 - root on fd0a (not root on md2a etc.)
 - on the second installation
because makerootwritable() in .profile creates /tmp/.root_writable
and it will never be removed in root on fd0a case.
Maybe it's okay to simply use "mount -u $rootdev /" as other ports.
