>Description:
I was testing in relation to an ohci(4)-related panic I'd been hitting
with a DIAGNOSTIC & DEBUG kernel, and I've encountered what I thought
at first was a regression, but it's quite possible it never worked to
begin with. I've been trying to figure out why axe(4) doesn't work
properly on macppc. With 5.99.65 test kernels, it wasn't working, but
I could plug and unplug the USB device, and ohci(4) would keep working.
With 6.99.4, I'm now getting the error "ohci0: unrecoverable error,
controller halted" after I plug the device in. In other words, the
device brings the controller down.  It seems isolated to this device;
if I plug in a USB pen drive, there are no such problems.

The dmesg is below, relevant details are at the bottom.
