System: NetBSD 5.99.62 NetBSD 5.99.62 (NELLY.MP) #193: Tue
Jan 31 09:19:40 CET 2012
Architecture: sparc64
Machine: sparc64

After a panic, trying to type "bt" when using an USB keyboard may result
in something like:

Skipping crash dump on recursive panic
panic: kernel diagnostic assertion "KERNEL_LOCKDED_P()" failed: file:
"...../dev/usb/usbdi.c", line 760

make the predicate always succeed if panicstr != NULL ?
