No, as on real sparc the tests work, skipping them everywhere would
be stupid.

How about adding a sysctl hw.is_emulator, not present on real hardware, but
if the kernel can detect an emulation "somehow" set to the name of the 
emulator (and version info or whatever)?

Or we can use this hack for now:

  ofctl -p | fgrep /packages/grubfs-files

will create one line of output with the QEMU firmware, but unlikely find
anything with a real sparc.
