This bug appears to have been fixed; I can now run the ATF tests twice in
a row without panicing the kernel.

I ran an automated binary search to try to find out which commit fixed
it so I could give credit to the committer, but because the fix was
committed during a period when -current didn't build, I could only
narrow it down to some time between CVS dates 2011.08.08.16.13.42 and
 2011.08.09.14.18.17.
