Leaving the 8259 PIC interrupts unmasked while using the IOAPIC causes spurious 
interrupts that somehow lead to hardware deadlock.
Run NetBSD on a recent ASUS AMD board/box.
Mask the 8259 PIC interrupts when switching to the IOAPIC.
