 Thank you, Jukka! I built a custom kernel from the same source, by your
 exact instructions (no other kernel options different from GENERIC), and
 just tested sysutils/estd - it simply works. This was enough for me to
 report SUCCESS, though if you need further information about my system
 (eg sysctl output) I'll be glad to provide it.
