The C260's audio class descriptors cause uaudio(4) to bail out at line 1897
of uaudio.c 1.119.  The descriptors show "acdp->wTotalLength" to be one less
than the actual length of the descriptor chain.

Additionally, after avoiding that sanity check, the quirk for the Roland SD-90
implemented at line 2630 causes the device to not provide any samples when
recording. The SAMPLING_FREQ_CONTROL request is apparently required for this
one-rate device to work.
