 Is this actually a problem? Are there devices that are supposed to be
 attached to these buses? Can you provide dmesg output?

 Can you provide the messages? It's more or less impossible to diagnose
 what's wrong without more information.
 
 (Also, you might want to try the 5.1 release candidate.)
