NetBSD 5.0.1_PATCH (GENERIC-$Revision: 1.325 $) #5: Sun Nov 22 20:10:17 EST 2009

Using 5.0.1_Patch (version with custom kernel), after editing
/usr/src/.../usb/files.usb and usbdevs,
make -f Makefile.usbdevs fails with:
rm -f usbdevs.h usbdevs_data.h
/usr/tools/bin/nbawk -v os=`uname -s` -f devlist2h.awk usbdevs
/usr/tools/bin/nbawk: floating point exception 8
input record number 79, file usbdevs
 source line number 76
*** Error code 2
modify ../dev/usb/files.usb and usbdevs, try to build new header files with:
make -f Makefiles.usbdevs
Updated to current 5.99.23 and the problem is fixed.
