We got a panic on one of our NetBSD/xen servers.
I find a case reported for NetBSD 5.0_BETA (non-xen), but that case is still open. And the patch included by Dave seems to stop the panic, but makes the network interface "disconnected" instead.

Console output:

panic: bnx0: Double mbuf allocation failure!

This is not Xen-specific, it has been seen on NetBSD/i386 and NetBSD/ amd64 as well. This is supposed to be fixed in netbsd-5; I'm not sure the fix
is going to be backported to netbsd-4.

Ok, I suspected that. I just posted to the port-xen list as well, but I was not as fast as you :-)

I have no option going to NetBSD 5 even if I want to, since in NetBSD 5 COMPAT_LINUX is broken, so I cant run backup software on NetBSD machines anymore :-(
