 Hmm on netbsd-5 I do see mention of -I in ntpd(8) and tried adding
 ntpd_flags to my rc.conf and /etc/rc.d/ntpd restart, which indeed
 relaunched ntpd supplying the -I options I put.  Nevertheless, the ntpd
 process seems to bind to all interfaces...
