While trying to resolve "rtk0: watchdog timer" issue through boot time 
configuration using "boot -c", once in userconf the USB keyboard input was 

As USB keyboards become the norm, userconf needs to be able to enable enough of 
the USB framework to enable a USB keyboard. I had to borrow a PS2 keyboard from 
a friend in order to use "boot -c" at all.
1. Connect USB keyboard.
2. Insure USB legacy support enabled in BIOS.
3. Drop to NetBSD boot prompt.
4. Type: boot -c
5. At uc> prompt attempt to type input on USB keyboard.
