Agreed.

We need some mechanism for "-current only" targets in src/distrib,
like motd(5) message in BETA/RC, because many developers often say
"try the latest -current" to ordinary users.
Probably a module set proposed long ago should also be there.

Anyway, this PR should belong to install, not kern.
