After discovering that the PPPOE_TERM_UNKNOWN_SESSIONS option is needed to 
restore a PPPoE connection that has been down for hours, I think it would be 
nice if this option was configurable at runtime. Maybe it could even be enabled 
by default when the wildcard address is not used to configure the interface.
