>Description:
On my TT030, I could not run X at higher than 640x400 monochrome. David
Brownlee diagnosed and bumped up the ST_POOL_SIZE on my kernel. I'm now able
to run at 648x480 at 4 bit color depth.
David asked me to file a bug specifically on this:
We either need to remove the need for ST_POOL_SIZE, or default to sizing it
automatically based on the amount of memory in the machine...
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to run X at 640x480 with 4 bit color depth on a TT030. (Currently the
NetBSD 1.4 X server is required to be installed on top of a NetBSD 5 X install)
>Fix:
Per above.
