>Description:
After blanking, formatting, and recording to the CD-RW in cd0,
processes accessing cd0 hang. For example, eject hangs in this
state, according to 'ps auxwwl':
root 3041 0.0 0.2 748 864 ttyq1 D+ 3:04PM 0:00.03 eject c 0 304
1 4158 0 85 0 748 864 xscmd D+ ttyq1 0:00.03 eject cd0
>How-To-Repeat:
After initializing a CD-RW with mmcformat -B, mmcformat -O,
and recording a NetBSD release image with
sudo dd if=a-11-Mar-2009-i386cd.iso of=/dev/rcd0d obs=2k conv=osync
subsequent commands that access the CD-RW drive, such as
sudo eject cd0
hang.
>Fix:
Unknown.
