The source was checkout in the same day or a day before. It's indeed FFSv2.

It's very possible that your file system was corrupted some time ago, and
 you only ran into it later - even though the bug had since been fixed.

Could be. Indeed that filesystem was created a long time ago and I'm following -current on this computer.
