>Description:
Suspend and resume of my laptop renders video unusable. This has
been tested with and without X, machdep.acpi_vbios_reset={0,1,2}
and running vbetool post. The machine itself does not hang, and
I am able to do a soft reboot.

Suspend/resume works in Windows. Likewise, after issuing reboot, the
bios is able to initialize the display correctly without requiring a
powercycle.

Both LCD and CRT displays remain blank. An attempt to use the
lcd/crt key after resume makes the machine hang.
