 No, I had neither of those.  No idea why not, "cvs update" fetched
 them both, and in this source tree, that happens twice a day (I guess
 I better check and make sure cvs isn't erroring out because of some
 other problem, last time something like this happened that was it,
 but this time, I didn't see any obvious signs).
