According to PR 21462 and also the CVS history, the mr driver was
replaced with the gtp driver in late 2002. mr(4) has not been touched
since then, and there is no gtp(4).

It shouldn't be necessary to do much more than rename the page, as it
doesn't contain very much information. Although it might be worth
digging out the OpenBSD gtp(4) to see if there's anything to crib.
