 Hello,
 could you please try with a newer kernel ? I commited some ahci fixes
 on 2008/10/03 (rev 1.18 of ahcisata_core.c).
 
 note: I've not looked at your panic traces yet, but it may fix the "wrong
 size for wd0" ...
