I followed the instructions

And 
http://www.netbsd.org/docs/current/index.html
up to the 4 step:

Update /etc as last step: postinstall whill first check and fix most things 
that can be automated, and etcupdate in the second step will ask 
on what to merge: 

I rebooted succesfully to dom0.

I don't know. 
Maybe I missing something, I cannot believe other people have no problem at all 
and the problem is manifested only on my hardware.
