Given that it hangs after lapic reset but before resuming
the devices, it is likely that one of the lapic related changes
in this time frame is the culprit. Can you try to do a
binary search between to somewhat reduce the time frame when
the regression was introduced? Due to the license cleanup
and some other cosmetic changes the diff is quite large.
