x11/gnome-panel doesn't compile in DragonFly (and in FreeBSD, although I
haven't tested it myself):

clock.c:659: error: 'daylight' undeclared (first use in this function)
clock.c:659: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
clock.c:659: error: for each function it appears in.)

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to build x11/gnome-panel in DragonFly or FreeBSD.
