 OK, i confirm that using using BIOS:SATA=>AHCI and new kernel, NetBSD 
 boot is succesfull.
 
 
 Additionally, i noticed that transfer rate has been almost tripled. It 
 was about 11 MB/s and now around 32 MB/s. Good plus.
