In the system roadmap I saw a note about POSIX aio and message queues.
I knew aio was implemented and documented but then tried to look for mq
documentation and couldn't find it, yet the syscalls were implemented.

Since the roadmaps seem to show that the tree for v5 might be cut pretty
soon, I thought this PR was necessary as a reminder to fix the
documentation before branching occurs...
