 Uniprocessor kernel also fails on Fujitsu-Siemens PRIMERGY RX300 with 
 either one or two processors installed.
 
 Looks like the uniprocessor kernels assume that the boot processor is at 
 apic id 0 and wire the interrupts accordingly. On the RX300 a 
 multiprocessor kernel boots correctly.
