The error occurs in 4.0.0_PATCH as well as in 4.0_STABLE while doing normal 
disk operations (rsnapshot or even rm -rf) Now switched to 4.0-RELEASE to test 
if this branch has the same issue...

rsnapshot (rsync) to Western Digital Passport Drive 60GB
