 Displaying the stack trace is very slow, though - it now takes about
 four second per stack frame when using a 9600 bps serial connection
 between host and target.  Unless my memory fails me, it was much
 faster before.  An RS232 tester on the serial line shows that there is
 constant traffic on the serial line as the stack trace is printed.
 
 Anyway, that's a separate issue; this PR can be closed.
