In the NetBSD 4.0 announcement (http://www.netbsd.org/releases/formal-4/NetBSD-4.0.html) it says:
"mprotect(2) got restrictions to enforce W^X policies, from PaX. See options(4), sysctl(3), and paxctl(1). "
paxctl(1) (http://netbsd.gw.com/cgi-bin/man-cgi?paxctl+1+NetBSD-4.0) does not exist.
