 Thanks for the extra information.  I wondered if it was only UDP, as the
 name lookup failyre:
 
   ping: Cannot resolve "www.onetbsd.org" (Host name lookup failure)
 
 would be a symptom of UDP problems.
 
 I'm close to getting my fibre card working, so I'll see if I can reproduce
 and/or spot the problem here.
