 Unfortunately, fxp0 is still using irq 9 even with PCIBIOS and the three
 PCI_*_FIXUP options commented out.  The aforementioned lockup still
 occurs.
 
 I've attached the output of two kernels, one with the options mentioned
 above disabled, and one with PCIBIOS and PCIINTR_DEBUG enabled (but no
 FIXUPs).
