>Description:
It is recurrent bug. I started to encounter it 2-3 monthes ago.
Symptom: after 1-2 days of stable work all related with new processes no longer works. Already running processes still work, kernel still work, network still work, for example I still can plug in USB keyboard. Kernel was built with debug options: DEBUG, DIAGNOSTIC, MPDEBUG, LOCKDEBUG -- no error messages from kernel.

>How-To-Repeat:
wait several days (on SMP machine?)
