Currently NetBSD/mips can only use RAM which can be accessed
via KSEG0/KSEG1, but on O2 only first 256MB is mapped on KSEG0/KSEG1
 (maybe for backward compatiblility).

We need a new pmap for real mips64 to handle whole RAM.
