No, it doesn't, and the 4.0b2 machine uses Xen, so it didn't have it,
either -- it's not in the Xen conf files.

I'd suggest that it would probably be a good idea to add a reference to
rgephy in the re(4) man page, but none of the other Ethernet pages seem
to have phy references, either...

Let me build a new kernel and test again...
