 On NetBSD, MI part is rtl8169.c and there are two attachments
 for PCI and cardbus.

 Please post individual bugs/fixes which you can confirm.
 Some of them might be fixed already on NetBSD too, and
 I'm not sure all fixes on FreeBSD are actually correct.
 (endianness issue for example)
