Synopsis: Various system call man pages say nothing about errors on immutable files

i've given this some thought. immutable is a flag that applies to only some file-systems. we can't list all implications of file-system specific flags/attributes/whatever in all man-pages, so we should rather centralize them in the man-pages for the tools that set/unset them - as we do now.
