If I understood correctly, 3.1_RC3 works fine for you as is, without the
additional patch to the userland ip_lookup.c? That's good news of course,
however it's a strange fact.
It appears that this conversation is not being appended to the PR#34284
trail, only to the pullup-3 ticket. However please look into this further
with christos and maybe darrenr, we really should make sure we understand
