>Release: NetBSD 3.99.22
System: NetBSD 3.99.22 NetBSD 3.99.22 (EIN) #0: Sat Jul 15 13:34:42 EDT 2006 i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386

Under high constant load -- such as transfering a large file over the
LAN, the nfe ethernet driver stalls out constantly on my machine with:

nfe0: watchdog timeout

When traffic is low, there are almost never any stalls to speak of.

This problem renders the machines much less usable.

Easy to repeat on my box. Hard on other people's.
