William Morgart's port of FreeBSD's nvnet driver works for both i386 and
amd64: http://www.morgart.com/NetBSD/nVidia/nvnet/ and
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-amd64/2005/06/18/0000.html
(However, I just noticed that the sysutils/nvnet package doesn't
support amd64... I'll see if I can submit a patch for that)

I'd love to use the nfe driver, but whenever I try to build NetBSD
with the sources on a remote NFS server (objdir on a local disk), the
network will stop passing packets for about a minute, then let packets
through for a couple seconds, then stop working for a minute, etc...
I haven't had a chance to do much testing to get more details, but I did
run tcpdump on the NFS server while pinging it, and packets are making
it out to the network, but the amd64 box isn't seeing the replies.
