 Pull up following revision(s) (requested by he in ticket #10413):
 	etc/rc.subr: revision 1.66
 In order to handle some perl scripts running as daemons, add a
 pattern which also matches "`basename $interpreter`: $command" in the
 ps listing.  Should fix PR#31932.
