Synopsis: some MTA stuff

This PR is more of a request for discussion about various issues regarding
what MTA's NetBSD ships and how they are configured by default.  If it's
a change-request to remove poxtfix (as it seems you are asking for) then
this is most likely unacceptable.  Please bring these various topics up
in tech-userlevel, and if consesus is reached on any of them they can be
implemented.
